The human body is a complex system with various working parts and systems that need to run smoothly and in balance in order for us to live a healthy life. It’s truly a miracle all the things that need to happen in order to make a living, thriving human.

While I applaud my fellow health care practitioners for taking up this worthwhile endeavor to help their fellow man, I know that we all have our limits to what we can do to help our patients fully. While going to a healer is important and has its place, what needs to be the foundation for each individual is the ability to go within and sense what their body is trying to tell them. Intuition and psychic development should be in everyone’s toolbox.

With our psychic abilities switched on we are able to get a better sense of the cause of our ailments, how certain foods, drinks and substances make us feel and which people and environments to either avoid or immerse ourselves in. We can also get intuitive information whether or not we should hire a certain medical expert for our particular ailment.

While it’s important to do our due diligence in researching these prospective healers: reading patient reviews, checking their license to see if they’ve had any malpractice issues, etc, we can also get an intuitive sense about them by asking our higher selves or by using divination tools such as tarot cards or pendulums to see if we should seek out their care. It is a crucial step not to outsource our healthcare to just anybody because, “Medical errors are a serious public health problem and a leading cause of death in the United States,” reads a published article released in May of this year (2022) by PubMed.

Intuition is Our Birthright Though Not Supported in Modern Society

It is our innate human nature to be psychic. No matter how skeptical one may be, we all have these abilities within us. Some of us have had these capabilities present from an early age: the ability to see, hear or sense spirits, elementals, get psychic visions, get messages from our spirit guides, guardian angels or higher self, see auras, feel the energy of others or the energy of a particular place. When have you thought of an old friend and then they call or text you, seemingly, out of the blue. Or you feel impelled to open a book to a certain page and it gives you the answer you had been pondering previously? Little things like this are intertwined in our everyday lives and are a part of our intuitive nature.

Imaginary Friend

Many children who have imaginary friends are in fact having direct contact with a spirit from another realm, but when they try to convey this to their parents or peers who don’t have these abilities, they get laughed at or shamed or are labeled as a liar, delusional or crazy. This is when they learn not to share this information anymore and may even believe their parents or peers over their own intuitive knowing and therefore board up this sense for good so they can fit in and be accepted by their family and community.

Puberty is another time when our psychic centers can be activated because our hormonal glands are interconnected with our chakra system which is the foundation form psychic development. Teenage years are such sensitive and confusing years of development to begin with that adding in these unseen abilities can make a kid feel like their going crazy and in a lot of cases, when they disclose to their parents that they’re hearing voices or seeing visions they get put on psychiatric medications which only act to suppress these innate abilities.

This is also a common time when feelings of depression and anxiety can creep in, which can actually be shadow aspects of the self emerging to be worked with and cleared from either this life or past lifetimes. In a Utopian society children would be taught how to work through these feelings, not run away or suppress them, and be gently guided on how to navigate through whatever is coming up.

The way our current culture is designed, unfortunately, is to suppress these emotions through escapism via food, drugs, social media overuse, alcohol, binge watching shows, unloving sexual encounters, partying, shopping, etcetera. Working with a mentor who’s versed in spiritual counseling would be ideal in helping them get clarity on what they’re experiencing so that they can evolve in a healthier manner.

Through numbing and avoidance, we dull and flood out our gifts to heal these wounds within ourselves. If we go the western medicine route we are given anti-depressants such as Prozac or Lexapro which contain fluoride. Fluoride is the number one contributor to our pineal glands getting calcified. Fluoride is in more than just pharmaceutical drugs, it’s also in “Baby Water,” it’s added to the water in most States, used and touted by dentists to “prevent cavities,” in sodas and juices. Fluoride is one major factor used to dumb the population down, making us more subservient, docile and malleable towards the agendas of those who run the world.

Importance of Having a Healthy Pineal Gland

Our pineal gland is one of our primary psychic centers that is commonly called the third eye. It is the only organ that isn’t separated by the blood-brain barrier and is second, after the kidneys, with regards to the amount of blood flow it receives. The pineal gland is responsible for producing melatonin, which is an important chemical needed for a restful night’s sleep. It, amazingly, also contains rods and cones just like the eyes do, making it sensitive to the waxing and waning of light.

This gland needs to be exposed to the natural rhythms of the day to be able to stimulate melatonin properly. Sleep is our best medicine as it allows our bodies to perform the healing and clean up it needs, to perform at its most optimum for the following day so exposing your eyes to the sunrise and sunset as well as powering down your blue-light devices after the sunsets is crucial for optimum sleep and brain performance.

The pineal gland also contains crystals and is like our brain’s microchip. It is through this center that we can intuit colors, symbols, visions, remote view, have telepathic communication with other living or non-living beings, project our intentions and bring forth that which we want to manifest in our world. If we were more educated on how powerful we truly are as creators of our reality this we would all be better off mentally, physically and spiritually.

It is crucial that we detox from the toxins we have been intentionally fed and work with our God-given senses. We’ve been controlled for way too long! We have also relinquished too much of our power to others outside of us and let them make important decisions for our health, material goods and services, how to live, where to live, what to buy, how to buy, who to love, who to hate…the list goes on and on.

A Healthcare Practitioner’s Role

Medical Doctors, Dentists, Nutritionists, Alternative Medicine Practitioners, etc., into telling us what is best for us, what our body needs and labeling it with this or that disease, to the point that sometimes these diagnoses become the identity we get trapped in, making them the central focus of our entire life. This is an unhealthy viewpoint and dangerous narrative that leads humanity in a downward spiral, keeping their vibration low and in a constant state of worry, shame, self-doubt and fear which perpetuates their ailment and attracts new ones to them.

Don’t get me wrong, I do believe these practitioners have their place, especially in cases of emergency. If we need an unbiased viewpoint of what’s going on with our body that we can’t seem to pinpoint, for physical touch from another such as from a massage therapist, spinal manipulations from a chiropractor, energy balancing from an acupuncturist, in depth blood work from a functional medicine doctor or naturopath, imagery to see what’s going on internally and other health related things you can’t do for yourself, these are all important modalities to integrate as necessary.

However, these healers should be educating you fully about your condition, what they are noticing in their assessment of you and strategies to heal from these issues to the best of their knowledge. If they aren’t doing this but encouraging you to come see them indefinitely, to take their medicines or supplements indefinitely, they are doing you a disservice and most likely only seeing you as a number in their insurance mill.

When we seek out a health practitioner we should be coming from a place of intuitive knowing that we have done all we could from our standpoint to try to prevent or treat our issue and delegate what’s going on with someone more skilled in this area of health. When selecting who we want to hire we also need to use our intuitive knowings and discernment to seek out who will be the best match for us, not simply because they accept your insurance. When you first go to meet or speak with them over the phone you need to use these same intuitive centers as well as your regular senses to know if they are right for your case.

A good healer will give you their full attention, listen to what’s been going on, ask you pertinent questions from various areas of your life, do an assessment, do a physical exam and from there, either send you for further testing or recommend a treatment plan. This treatment plan should give you steps to follow, educate you on the causes of this issue, how to heal from it and how to prevent it from coming back in the future.

If there is no exit strategy, that is a red flag, unless it is obvious you are at the end stage of this disease. Ultimately, it is up to your soul and the Creator when your time is up. In the meantime, we do the best we can to care for our bodies and listen intuitively what it is asking for.

3 Tips to Develop Your Psychic Centers

1) Avoid fluoride at all costs! Learn which dental products and treatments from dentists include this harmful ingredient. Procure an adequate water filter system that filters out fluoride from both your drinking water as well as a filter for your shower head and bath tub faucet. Eating 100% organic is important as well because pesticides also contain fluoride along with other gut-health destroying toxins.

Avoid buying and drinking commercial beverages as there’s no way to tell whether they have produced these products with fluoridated water or not, most likely they were. If you enjoy carbonated beverages purchase your own sparkling water maker such as the Twenty39 Qarbo. With this machine you can be sure that all of the ingredients that go into your drinks are fluoride free with the added assurance that there are no other harmful things like high fructose corn syrup or “natural flavors” which can mean anything really. For flavoring you can add your own fruit of choice like lime, lemon or berries and tasty, healing herbs like mint, basil, turmeric, rosemary or sage.

2) Spend 5 to 10 minutes a day in light deprivation to help stimulate your pineal gland. You can do this in a fully darkened room or with an eye mask. My favorite tool for accomplishing this is the MindFold blackout mask. This mask allows you to keep your eyes open while blocking out light from all directions. When you do this practice regularly, it tricks your brain into believing that you have no visual stimulating input to take in and therefore stimulates the hormones and crystals in your pineal and pituitary glands to activate.

You may begin to see colors such as violet or white or get other visions coming to you in subtle ways. The MindFold mask is also an excellent tool for meditating and definitely beats going to live in a cave for a month as our mystic ancestors once had to do for initiation. If you have the luxury of doing this kind of a retreat though, by all means ;)

3) Lastly, supplementing with colloidal gold with monoatomic minerals will help to decalcify and repair the pineal gland-among other beneficial health benefits-to help speed along the process of meeting and possibly exceeding your intuition goals. I highly recommend Pure Ormus Oil from “I Am Joy Co” because it is USDA Certified Organic, has top quality ingredients and they have high standards in their extraction and production process.

The ingredients are colloidal 24k gold, monoatomic minerals from the Dead Sea, Celtic salt, monk fruit (which is a superior natural sweetener that also benefits the health of the lungs) and coconut oil. Taking this as directed on a daily basis will help to optimize your psychic organs, benefit your mental health, improve memory and concentration and increase downloads.

Ormus 24K

My 8 year old son and I have been taking this supplement for the last month and I can confirm these benefits firsthand. My son loves taking it because it tastes like liquid caramel and I love it for him because I have noticed he’s able to focus on his schoolwork longer, he’s more creative and relaxed throughout the day than he was prior to taking it. For myself, I have noticed more ease with my daily meditations, more vivid dreams, a deeper connection to my higher self and spirit guides as well as answers coming to me more readily.

You can read more positive reviews from others who have taken this product and decide if you want to try it yourself. I appreciate that they also have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
