Terms & Conditions

Research Meditations, Quantum Energy Healing Sessions and Telehealth Sessions are by appointment only. A credit card is required to secure your appointment, and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no shows will be charged the whole fee for the session.

Clients agree to pay the late cancellation fee if they miss their appointment and if they do not cancel with 24 hours advance notice. Clients authorize payments be made directly to Mindy’s Quantum Wellness and understand that insurance does not cover Telehealth Sessions nor any other services provided.

For Telehealth patients: cost of herbal formulas, supplements and other healing tools or modalities recommended are not included in the cost of the visit and will vary based on what is tailored to suit each client’s individual needs.
